Pricing and Errors:

All purchases subject to Paragon's standard terms of sale.
All prices and dollar amounts on our website are in $ CDN dollars (Canadian dollars).
Pricing and product specifications in store or listed on our website are subject to change without notice. 
Every effort is made to maintain current pricing and accuracy on our website, however pricing, description, and graphics may be incorrect. ZDOCN cannot be responsible for errors in typography or photography.
Applicable taxes and shipping and handling costs (except where free shipping may apply) are additional to each order. 
Unless otherwise specifically advertised, promotional offers are not combinable with any other offer or discounts. Limit one (1) special offer or sale price per eligible product.


Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on hand crafted or liquid products, Tools and accessories can be returned if they are in new condition with original packaging unopened.
Refunds are given, less shipping and handling charges, for items returned in new condition with original packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Customers must email info@paragoncompetition.com to receive a Return Authorization number. Products returned without authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. Any order that qualified for free shipping will have the free shipping offer void and the shipping charges incurred. for the free shipping, will be deducted for that particular order prior to any refund being issued.


Damage Claims:

All our products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. All our products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not ZDOCN Therefore; you must make all damage claims to the carrier. 
We recommend In case of damage, to retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect, take pictures and to advise ZDOCN that the shipment has been received damaged within 48hrs of receipt. 


Extreme Temperatures:

During cold weather months there is a chance that products may freeze in transit. Couriers will not offer any guarantees against freezing, ordering liquid products during extreme temperatures is at the risk of the customer.


Shipping and International orders:

ZDOCN does not ship outside of Canada.
